Promotional Materials:
Please send promotional materials (postcards, posters, etc.) at the same time as your exhibition copy. We will send you a schedule of all filmmaker events once complete and we will post those events on this page (hint: probably a good idea to bookmark this page).
Formats:
We accept either DCP or HDCAM as exhibition formats. For HDCAM we accept the following frame rates : 60i, 59.94i, 24P, 23.98P, 50i, 25P. Image should be non-anamorphic with the image pillar or letterboxed to the appropriate aspect ratio if it is other than native 16:9. Preferably with any subtitles over image not in the black as this will be projected below the screen. Audio should be an Lt,Rt or pro-logic compatible mix on tracks 1, 2. Stereo on channel 1 and 2 is acceptable but not preferred. DCP must be DCI compliant encryption is not necessary, keys (KDMs) must be open for window specified by festival. An HDCAM or Blu-Ray backup is recommended. Content must arrive on a SATA 3Gb/s compatible drive mounted in a DX115 carrier and include a USB adapter. Drive should be in EXT2 or EXT3 file format not FAT or NTFS.

Cynthia Kear is the VIP Travel Coordinator of the Nashville Film Festival. She will give you a big ole Southern Welcome to the Nashville Film Festival. Shortly, we will have links set up for you to book your hotel rooms. Until then, please e-mail Cynthia at ckear@bellemeadevacations.com and she will make your reservations for you. Please put in the title field “Nashville Film Festival”. Cynthia will book you the special festival rate at one of our host hotels. Our main host hotel is the Hampton Inn and Suites at Green Hills which is located next door to the festival site. We also are being hosted by the fabulous 4 star Hutton Hotel (see below) which is located in the trendy midtown section of Nashville by the great nightlife venues. These 2 hotels are 5 miles apart from one another. She will need your name as it appears on your credit card, credit card number and exp date (yes, out site is secure), your dates, cell phone number, and your movie you are affiliated with.
Our main host hotel is the Hampton Inn and Suites at Green Hills which is located next door to the festival site and is in walking distance of the Green Hills Mall and many different shops and restaurants. Hampton inn only has rooms available for Apr 21 – 25th at our festival rate of $159.00 We are working on securing another hotel for April 17 – 22 for the same price. There are suites available at the Hampton Inn and Suites in Green Hills that I can book for you on April 17 and 18th for $235 a night. April 19 the hotel is completely sold out and 5 rooms left for the 20th. I apologize for the inconvenience. Nashville is a festive place!

Hi Everybody, I am Jenny Nichols your transportation coordinator. Please e-mail me your flight information with your cell number and I will log you in for airport pickups and drop offs. We only transport to film festival sponsored hotels. If you are staying at a sponsored hotel in the Vanderbilt area, we can shuttle you to and from the festival site.
