NaFF Online Ticket Ordering Instructions:

GENERAL PUBLIC (non-NFC Members):

Click HERE to view 2008 Schedule and purchase tickets to individual events at regular price.

NFC MEMBERS (Redeem vouchers, purchase tickets at NFC discount):

Have your NFC membership number ready. (Located on your NFC Membership card AND should have recently been emailed to you. Click the Members access link, then enter your NFC membership number. If you have not already done so, you will then be asked to create a web account. Once your account has been created, you will be able to access your NFC member benefits and purchase tickets at the NFC discounted rate. (One discounted ticket per membership per film/panel event.)

LAMINATE HOLDERS (Includes Patron, Premiere, and Red Carpet Members):

Have your laminate number ready. (This has been emailed to you. This number is different that the NFC Membership number.) Click the Laminate access link and enter your laminate number. If you have not already done so, you will be asked to create a web account. Once your account has been created, you will be able to reserve tickets for all 2008 NaFF events. (One ticket reservation per laminate per film/panel event.)

Popular films sell out. To avoid disappointment, we strongly suggest you buy your tickets in advance.

ONLINE TICKETS

Purchase tickets on our site using your Visa or MasterCard.

You may purchase tickets online at any time starting Tuesday, April 8 at 8:00pm through April 24.

NEW! Print your ticket after ordering online and avoid WILL CALL lines. If necessary, online tickets can be picked up at WILL CALL at NaFF Box Office. Printed tickets will be scanned at the theater door.

NEW! NO online service charge for online orders!

YOU MUST BE IN YOUR SEAT 15 MINUTES BEFORE THE FILM BEGINS. EMPTY SEATS WILL BE RELEASED.

No refunds, exchanges, or substitutions. All ticket sales are final.

NaFF ON-SITE BOX OFFICE

NaFF Box Office is located at the LOWER LEVEL of the Regal Green Hills Stadium 16 and is separate from the Regal Box Office.

The NaFF Box Office opens:

Wednesday, April 16, 10am-7pm

Thursday, April 17, 1pm and closes 30 min. after the start time of the last film.

Friday, April 18 - Thursday, April 24, the box office opens 30 minutes before the first film and closes 30 minutes after the start time of the last film.

You may purchase advance tickets and day-of-show tickets.

No refunds, exchanges, or substitutions. All Tickets sales are final.

Even at our most popular screenings, we are able to accommodate some patrons on a first-come, first-served basis at the NaFF Box Office. Empty seats will go on sale approximately 5 minutes prior to show time.

A few of our most popular programs will have added screenings.
