You can print tickets at home, except Mac computers and they must select the WILL CALL option.
To Reserve Tickets Online: (beginning at 4:00 pm Monday, April 6th)

1. Enter your MEMBER number and click "Submit."
2. Enter password or the required information and click "Login."
Note: If you have not used our online system before you will need to enter the required information on the Create Account page.
3. Select the desired films from the list.
4. Check your cart to review your order and continue shopping to add other film selections.
5. Once all film selections are made proceed to CHECK OUT. If your order total is $0.00, click the COMPLETE ORDER button on the payment screen to finalize your reservations, otherwise, pay the indicated amount for tickets you may be purchasing.
6. Once the order is complete, an order conformation will be displayed. Please print and keep this for your records.
7. If you selected WILL CALL, your tickets may be picked up at the NaFF Box Office starting April 15 (see Box Office hours below).
You can visit the MEMBER'S AREA as many times as needed to reserve your tickets.
LAMINATES
If you are a Patron Level member or higher, a Sponsor, Press, or a VIP/Guest receiving a laminate, it will be available at the Festival Box Office beginning April 15. You must secure a ticket for each film/panel you would like to attend.
You must wear your laminate to access the VIP tent. Based on the number of films one person can attend, the maximum number of comp tickets each laminate may reserve is 40, at one ticket per film/panel. You can purchase more. Laminates are non-transferable and are for ONE person's use only.
BOX OFFICE HOURS
NaFF Box Office is located at the LOWER LEVEL of Green Hills Stadium 16 and is separate from the Regal Box Office.
The NaFF Box Office opens:
- Wednesday, April 15, 10am-7pm
- Thursday, April 16, 1pm and closes 30 minutes after the start time of the last film
- Friday, April 17- Thursday, April 23, the box office opens 30 minutes before the first film and closes 30 minutes after the first start time of the last film.
All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or substitutions.
